DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

Returns/Replacements are acceptable only under the following conditions:

• The item delivered to you was incorrect

• The item was delivered damaged

• The item has a manufacturing defect

• You wish to exchange the item for a different size.

If any of these specifications apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will replace the item at no extra cost. No returns or replacements will be accepted after the order has been processed, EXCEPT under the specified conditions. Once a return/exchange request is initiated, please ship the package securely and share the proof or tracking details with us within 5 days.

Returns or Replacements will not be accepted if:

• The item was custom-made for you

• The item was not returned in the condition it was received

• the item was used or altered

• The item was purchased at a discounted sale price.

How to initiate the Replacement process?

Email us your Order Number along with the reason for return within 48 hours of receiving your package. After reviewing your request, we will send you a confirmation to initiate the process. We request that you return the package using a reliable courier service at your own expense and provide us with the tracking information

When will I receive the Replacement?

Once we receive the returned package, our team will assess the condition of the product and the reasons for its return. After confirming that the product is eligible for a replacement:

• In case of Replacement, the new package will be dispatched within 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

All orders placed internationally are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Due to logistical constraints and the complexities of international shipments, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders.

To reduce discrepancies, nearly all our products for direct sale on the website and Instagram are free of conventional sizing and include size guidance. If you're unsure about anything, please contact our team before placing your order!
