DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

A flat fee of INR 150 is charged on all domestic orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 8-10 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the delivery pin code.

Express shipping charges vary based on the weight of the parcel and are currently available only for metro cities. To request express shipping, you can either send a message to our WhatsApp at +91 7434005752 or email us at info@middlegroundindia.com.

Please note that express shipping requests can be accepted or declined, subject to product availability.

For made-to-measure, our standard dispatch timeframe is 2 weeks.

If you have ordered multiple items, your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In this case, you will be notified of the tracking number for each shipment.

Partial COD (WITHIN INDIA) 

Our pieces are eligible for Partial COD (Cash on delivery). Customers can reserve their order by paying a ₹4000 advance payment at checkout, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery. This helps us begin processing and crafting your garment while offering a more flexible checkout experience.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

SERVICE DELAYS
Middle Ground takes no responsibility for unexpected shipping delays resulting from bad weather, natural disasters, or clearance issues. In these situations, you must contact the courier company directly using the provided tracking number to obtain timely updates on your shipment.

FAILED DELIVERY
For any failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses, incorrect contact information, multiple delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, Middle Ground will not accept responsibility for any charges associated with the return shipment of your order.

If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

SHIPPING FEES
We offer worldwide shipping; rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders will be dispatched in 12-14 working days. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping. 

Please note that due to ongoing global disruptions, international shipping charges are set at a flat rate of 4000 INR. 

CUSTOM DUTIES/ IMPORT CHARGES
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
If customs duties are imposed, the customer is responsible for covering these charges. Middle Ground is not liable for any customs fees and does not have information about the specific charges that may apply in each destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to inquire about potential fees. 

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
