Shipping policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)
A flat fee of INR 150 is charged on all orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. The delivery timeline may vary depending upon the pincode of the delivery.
For made to measure, our standard dispatch timeframe is 2 weeks.
If you have ordered multiple items then your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In this case you will be notified of the tracking number when each shipment occurs.
SERVICE DELAYS
Middle Ground is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. The best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)
We offer shipping worldwide, rates will be calculated at the check out depending on your location. International orders will be dispatched in 12-14 working days. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping.
CUSTOM DUTIES/ IMPORT CHARGES
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
If custom duties are imposed, the customer is liable for clearance of the charges.
Middle Ground is not responsible for these charges and is not aware of what these charges may be for each destination country, as applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom offices before placing an order to inquire about what these rates would be.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your email that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
FAILED DELIVERY
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - Middle Ground does not take responsibility for any charges pertaining to the return shipment of your order.
If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
